Rather than focusing on one or the other, why not create a fitness plan that struggles for complete fitness?  At a previous time, getting fit and body sculpting were considered as 2 different goals, but this is no more.</p>
<p>These are some ways to get your fitness levels up without having to sacrifice your muscle tone in the process.  In the past, people would consider getting fit and body sculpting to be 2 different entities.  You either got fit by running and doing hard heart workouts or you sculptured your body with weight training.  Plenty more men were associated with body sculpting while women seemed to be related more to getting fit.</p>
<p>With today&#8217;s new knowledge of the way in which the body  and how it reacts to workouts, you can create a workout routine that can include both goals.  Getting fit and body sculpting requires that you include a 2 pronged approach to your fitness.  You want to include both cardio work-outs in your routine as well as weight training.  To do hence you can create separate body sculpting routines as well as head out of doors to your favorite cardiovascular activity or indoors to your favorite cardio machine.</p>
<p>But honestly, who has the time to do both?  Because you need to incorporate both to burn fat (cardio) and create muscle (that jacks up your metabolism), there must be a simpler way to fit both exercise programmes in.  There is.  The newest innovation in getting fit and body sculpting is interval coaching.  By putting both cardio and resistance training together, you can get twice the results in half the time.  What you may do is create stations at which you can perform a bunch of body sculpting exercises (or you can go to a gymnasium where the machines are always set up).</p>
<p>Start by warming up your body and getting it ready for movement &#8220;a few jumping jacks works well.  Then you can move to cardiovascular for 5 minutes of high power training (or less, if you actually push hard).  After that, head to a  machine for a group of a certain exercise and then back to the cardiovascular for 1 or 2 minutes.  Continue to switch till you&#39;ve hit a particular amount of time that you have or when you have finished all the <a target="_blank" href="http://healthytimesarticles.com/category/fitness-articles-weight-loss/">weight training</a> you&#8217;ve been wanting to do.  This routine can be completed every other day for the maximum results.</p>
<p>When you infuse getting fit and body sculpting, you create a higher intensity of work for your body.  This leads to your muscles to break down quicker, but also allows them to build up into stronger and more toned muscles.  The undeniable fact that your heart is kept at a high rate throughout this sort of workout allows your cardiovascular fitness to increase exponentially.  And since you just need to workout out 3 to four times a week, you are saving a little time as you get into shape too.</span>  </p>

What you will need to do is make some realistic achievable &#8220;written&#8221;goals to help push you.</p>
<p> The main reason I have emphasized “written” is simply because if you don’t jot your resolutions in a notebook your goals are just fantasies. Studies have confirmed over and over that writing your goals down in a notebook is powerful.</p>
<p> Let’s take a look at some examples. If you intend to get back into jogging, start to walk to start with. Depending upon your level of usual fitness you possibly will only begin with fifteen or twenty minutes. If you already have some level of fitness start with 30 minutes and slowly intensify it.</p>
<p> Once you have been walking briskly for a couple of weeks ease back into running by rotating walking and running. Walk briskly for just ten minutes and run for five minutes and so on. As you increase your level of fitness and your discomfort lessens increase the jogging until you are running again for atleast 30 minutes once again.</p>
<p> If you have experience with <a target="_blank" title="weight training" href="http://www.howto-get-a-six-pack.com/152/get-six-pack-abs">weight training</a> in your past and have taken a time-out of more than a few months it is necessary to take it slow as you begin to train again.</p>
<p> When you are weight training, if you push yourself too fast too soon you may perhaps end up hurting your muscle&#8217;s supporting tendons and ligaments. The key is not to charge in attempting to use the same weights you were using and do less sets.</p>
<p> What I do after a long time-out is go to the fitness center and ride the stationary bike for 15-2o minutes first to warm my body up.
