Well, I&#8217;m happy to say, it&#8217;s here and available for rental!  This challenging abs toning exercise and workout video will give you a firm toned flat stomach.  You will develop a strong stable core for overall greater fitness and defined oblique (side abs) muscles for that thin waist v-shape look. I motivate you step by step through my entire routine.  I developed this routine after my first child was born to get my stomach back into shape and now I use it to maintain my <a href="http://www.get-flat-tummy.com" target=_self>flat stomach</a>. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Are you attempting to gather some info about the best way to increase my vertical jump you&#8217;ve come to the right place.&nbsp; You are attempting to get better as you and your team depend on you being the best athlete that you may be.&nbsp; When eating your Wheaties is not enough, you should be looking at your training program.&nbsp; The exercises that you include in your coaching program might have to be modified, or at a minimum you may need to add a couple more focused exercise that will help you boost your vertical distance.&nbsp; Most sports rely on your speed and your strength, and you focus more on your speed and your higher body strength than you do your lower body strength.&nbsp;</p>
<p> How To Increase My Vertical Jump with exercises?&nbsp;</p>
<p> If you actually have a few exercises included in your coaching program that target your legs you need to step it up.&nbsp; Add some more exercises, and add some more weight and reps.&nbsp; Don&#8217;t be a sissy, but do not get carried away either.&nbsp; Try adding some of the exercises listed below.&nbsp;</p>
<p> Leg lifts are necessary to building strength in your thigh muscles.&nbsp; Commence with a few reps and low weight amounts.&nbsp; As you progress in your coaching you&#8217;ll be able to increase the quantity of reps and weight that you will use.&nbsp; This is the tell-tale indication that your legs are getting stronger.&nbsp; Leg lifts target all four of the muscles which make up your thigh muscles.&nbsp;</p>
<p> Am I Able To Increase My vertical Jump With Squats?&nbsp;</p>
<p> Calf raises target building strength in your calf muscles.&nbsp; Ordinary calf raises can be made more favorable by adding ankle weights or a curl bar and a touch of weight.&nbsp; You may take your calf raises to the next level by performing them as double calf raises.&nbsp; Double calf raises are almost the same, except you aren&#8217;t slowly lowering and then slowly raising back up.&nbsp; You are slowly lowering and quickly raising back up, then slowly lowering again.&nbsp;</p>
<p> The squat will work on your thigh muscles and your calf muscles if you change the structure a bit.&nbsp; Normal squats involve a straightforward up and down motion, with weight.&nbsp; Your new squats will involve you changing the direction that your toes point ( in, out, left, and right ) but also sticking out one leg and using the other to raise and lower, then switching.&nbsp; You also should be raising all the way up to the tip of your toes for ultimate stretching.</p>

<p> Toe raises are an alternative way that I was able to increase my vertical jump.&nbsp; To do them correctly you need to stand flatfooted and then slowly raise yourself up onto your tip-toes.&nbsp; Hold them there for a few seconds and then slowly lower yourself back down but do not let your heels touch the ground till you are done with this exercise.&nbsp; After you do one or two sets of these and are cosy you can add some weights to your hands.</p>

A workout program that consists of &#8220;circuit training&#8221; elements; bench presses, military presses, bicep and leg curls, rowing, back extensions, squats and dead lifts creates maximum variety so your muscles work hard and you don&#8217;t get bored. Work your program only three to five days a week and see results.</p>
<p>Start With Abs Begin every workout by working your abs. The beginning of your workout is when you are the freshest and working your hardest. By starting with your abs you are more likely to work your abs harder then at the end of your workout. This will also help you keep your abs engaged throughout your entire workout.</p>
<p>Push To The Max It is important not to hurt yourself; but you need to push yourself and your muscles. To find the ideal weight to lift; the weight should be comfortably easy with the first few reps but then by rep 10 to 12 it should be a challenge to lift. Continue to lift that weight for 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps each. Remember to increase your lift weight every two to three weeks. Keep pushing those muscles.</p>

When you weight train you are actually breaking down, fatiguing or &#8216;injuring&#8217; the muscle. It is important that your muscles have a day to repair before they are fatigued again; thus becoming bigger and stronger.</p>
<p>Eat and Sleep Good nutrition and plenty of sleep are the fuel your body needs to get ripped abs. A diet that includes fresh fruits and vegetable, lean protein from chicken and beef, fish and omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids and complex carbohydrates is a key to your ripped abs success. Some sports such as weight lifting don’t develop the CV system very well as very little oxygen is required by the muscles. Some sports however do ask a lot of the CV system. Below we look at three of the best sports for developing CV fitness.</p>
<p> <strong>Skiing</strong>. The variety of this sport known as cross-country skiing is actually the most demanding off all sports on the CV system. The is partly due to the cold air reducing the amount of oxygen that can be absorbed by the lungs (forcing them to be even more efficient), but also races take place over many miles and difficult terrain. On top of this, there isn&#8217;t a muscle in the body that is not required during the action of cross country skiing, meaning that the CV system needs to work overtime to provide them all with fuel.
