<p> If you actually have a few exercises included in your coaching program that target your legs you need to step it up.&nbsp; Add some more exercises, and add some more weight and reps.&nbsp; Don&#8217;t be a sissy, but do not get carried away either.&nbsp; Try adding some of the exercises listed below.&nbsp;</p>
<p> Leg lifts are necessary to building strength in your thigh muscles.&nbsp; Commence with a few reps and low weight amounts.&nbsp; As you progress in your coaching you&#8217;ll be able to increase the quantity of reps and weight that you will use.&nbsp; This is the tell-tale indication that your legs are getting stronger.&nbsp; Leg lifts target all four of the muscles which make up your thigh muscles.&nbsp;</p>

<p> Toe raises are an alternative way that I was able to increase my vertical jump.&nbsp; To do them correctly you need to stand flatfooted and then slowly raise yourself up onto your tip-toes.&nbsp; Hold them there for a few seconds and then slowly lower yourself back down but do not let your heels touch the ground till you are done with this exercise.&nbsp; After you do one or two sets of these and are cosy you can add some weights to your hands.</p>
