<p>A typical menu for the 3 day weight loss program should be as follows:</p>
<p>Day 1:</p>
<p>Breakfast: coffee or tea with no sugar or some sort of sugar substitute, a third of a grapefruit and one piece of toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter on it</p>
<p>Lunch: A half of a cup of canned tuna in spring water, one piece of dry toast and coffee or tea with no sugar or a sugar substitute.</p>
<p>Dinner: Three ounces of lean meat, one cup of green beans and one cup of carrots. An apple and a cup of vanilla ice cream for dessert. Water to drink</p>
<p>Day 2:</p>
<p>Breakfast: Coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. A boiled or poached egg, a slice of dry toast and half a banana.</p>
<p>Lunch: 8 saltine crackers with a choice of a cup of cottage cheese or a cup of tuna. Tea or coffee without sugar.</p>
<p>Dinner: 2 hotdog sausages without buns, a cup of cabbage and a half cup of carrots. Half a banana and half a cup of vanilla ice cream. Water to drink</p>
<p>Day 3:</p>
<p>Breakfast: Black coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. Five saltine crackers, one once of cheese and an apple.</p>
<p>Lunch: Black coffee or tea without sugar or a substitute sweetener. One boiled egg and slice of dry toast.</p>
<p>Dinner Time: Drink water. One cup of tuna in spring water, a cup of carrots and a cup of cauliflower. For dessert, one cup of melon and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.</p>
<p>When you are following the above diet, you must drink lots of water all day. Water is what the body is mostly made up of and is needed to keep the entire body functioning properly. One should drink no less than four glasses of water daily. Water is excellent at flushing toxins from the body. By drinking lots of water, you prevent the build up of toxins in the body.</p>
<p>It isn’t a good idea to continue this diet longer than three days at a time. After completing the three day program, eat regularly for four to five days before starting a new three day program. For the next cycle of this program, the same menu should be used. Don&#8217;t change the food combinations. The low amount of calories that are consumed is how this diet is able to produce such great results.</p>
<p>The low caloric intake during this 3-day weight loss program is why this diet causes weight loss. It is great for losing a few pounds, but isn’t a program for losing lots of weight.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Is jogging a good way to lose weight? Around four months ago I asked myself this very question; I was about to start on a keep fit program and was thinking about the best ways to lose weight and to exercise. I really did not want to go to all of the effort and hassle of going out jogging if it was not going to work.</p>
<p>I am a person who likes a challenge; in the past I have managed to “<a target="_blank" href="http://www.stammering-stuttering.co.uk">stop stuttering</a>” and achieve fluency after having this form of speech impediment for eighteen years. Learning to overcome a stutter is in fact rather similar to attempting to lose weight; they each take a lot of determination, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. There is also a pot of gold waiting at the end of the rainbow for those who are ultimately successful. I work selling <a target="_blank" href="http://www.justvaluedoors.com">upvc doors</a> and I also offer a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.adaptatech.co.uk">DVD replication</a> service which means that any exercise needs to be completed in the evenings.</p>
<p>In the end I decided to give jogging a go in any case; even though I was not entirely sure it would be beneficial to me. But what harm could it do? In reality it surely must do me some good.</p>
<p>My first jog was less than impressive. I had planned a fairly small route – well it was the first time. It was not good; I kept having to stop due to being knackered and for whatever reason I was wary of what other people were thinking of me, CRAZY! When I returned home I was rather shocked at just how unfit I actually was.</p>
<p>I continued to jog each and every day. I must say that it is actually rather therapeutic and it is a really good way to clear your mind. It can however be rather boring and at times quite painful. It is quite astonishing just how far I have come in only what I consider to be a short amount of time. From those humble beginnings I can now run long distances without the need to stop.</p>
<p>I am pleased to report that I have managed to lose a lot of weight in a fairly short space of time. I am not going to rest on my laurels however as I really want this to be a change of lifestyle forever rather than just a fad.</p>
