<p>DO THESE EXERCISE ROUTINES</p>

<p>Bench Press,Lunges, Squats,Dips, Chin Ups,Rows,Deadlifts. These workouts are the most beneficial exercises to build muscle. They&#8217;ll use several muscles, allow you to lift considerably more weight and they promote the release of the powerful muscle building hormones, Testo-sterone and Growth Hormone.</p>
<p>You may notice that I didn&#8217;t include any kind of arm workouts. Simply because exercises like bench press, dips and chin ups build bigger arms much faster than bicep curls or triceps kickbacks.</p>

<p>DO ONLY ONE SET TO FAILURE</p>
<p>Once you have taken a muscle to complete failure, you do not have to perform any <a target="_blank" href="http://www.musclebuildresult.com/tag/body-building-workouts/">body building exercises</a>. You&#8217;ve done all that is required to promote muscle growth. At this time all you need to perform is give the muscles lots of time to heal and grow stronger. Doing more work, is then pointless and can interfere with your recovery.</p>
<p>I should mention that if you&#8217;re able to do one more set with the same weight, for similar or more reps, then you obviously did not perform the first set tough enough.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>GET STRONGER</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Strength increases directly relate to muscle gains. Each week you should make an effort to lift more weight or complete more reps. This progression pushes your body to adapt and grow bigger to better cope with the load we are subjecting it to.</p>
<p>Thus it isn&#8217;t the amount of work that decides your outcomes, but how strong you get. Aim to lift as heavy as possible within the 6-10 rep range.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>TRAIN ONLY ONCE A WEEK</p>

<p>Never ever train a muscle more often then once a week. Muscle tissues don&#8217;t develop with training. Yes training is definitely the stimulation for growth, however if you don&#8217;t give the muscles enough rest, recovery and foods, you&#8217;ll never obtain a pound of muscle.</p>

<p>Concentrate entirely on eating enough foods every day. Leave out the excessive protein needs that are suggested. A lot of protein (more than 1 gram per pound of bodyweight) are simply suggestions and have no backing in science. A number of research has shown that there&#8217;s no advantage in increasing your protein intake to build muscle.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t take on my word for it though. One of the greatest natural body builders of all time, Bill Pearl recommends that anymore than half a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight will surely be wasted. There are several other athletes that eat not much protein and are incredibly muscular. Guys like Mike Mentzer, Andreas Cahling and Carl Lewis are just a few I&#8217;m able to name off the top of my head.</p>
<p>The reason why protein powders work is because it&#8217;s a convenient {way to get} in enough calories. Protein will not help you build any muscle {if you} aren&#8217;t consuming sufficient total calories.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS</p>
<p>Before you begin, measure your biceps, chest, thighs, and any other muscle you intend to increase in size. After 2 weeks of consistent training and eating measure again. If you have not added at least ¼ to ½ inch to any measurements, raise your daily caloric target by 500.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>So remember, train hard by using the big lifts, consume a lot of food and give yourself plenty of rest. Very fast you&#8217;ll need to go and get some new shirts to fit into!</p>

<p>It may be too unpleasant to accept the previous statements but please just accept them for a moment and continue reading. After you read this article you will then know what many other people know: There are exercises that do help reduce your belly fat.</p>
<p>Every once in a while you see an over weight jogger. You might admire them because they are &#8220;doing&#8221; something about their <a href="http://www.get-flat-tummy.com" target=_self>belly fat</a> problem and you are just watching them. You see a jogger with a slim figure and you immediately believe that the lack of fat is the result of their jogging for an hour. They are not slim because of jogging, so please don&#8217;t start jogging to remove your belly fat. The other temptation is to do many ab exercises. Again, your perception that strengthening your muscles will reduce fat, but fat removal and building muscles require different routines.</p>
<p>The food industry does a better job of advertising than the ab cruncher manufacturers. Here are a few misconceptions.</p>
<p>There are many myths regarding the foods that can help you reduce the size of your stomach area. For brevity let&#8217;s mention two myths here. Wheat based products are healthful. Foods that contain wheat products are often not healthy because the digestion of wheat is difficult. Products such as pasta, crackers, breads, and many products that have &#8220;whole wheat&#8221; on the label. Fruit juices not so good? Fruit juices are not a complete food since the fiber has been removed. Without the fiber you are left with a craving for some more food like chips or crackers. Now this will increase the blood sugar response which doesn&#8217;t help fat loss.</p>
<p>As people age, their metabolism slows down which causes the body to store fat more than muscle, especially for women. Fat storage also shifts from hips and thighs to midsection, especially for men. It is the redistribution of body fat that causes a person&#8217;s waist to increase without gaining any weight. What this means to you is that your redistributed fat isn&#8217;t just sitting there waiting to be burned away, it is actually producing hormones that are making you more fat. Let&#8217;s try to avoid some delicious foods (previous paragraph) to help the fat go away. Now for part two of losing belly fat: proper exercise.</p>
<p>I. The Up-side-down Unicycle. Lie on your back on a comfortable exercise mat with your fingers behind your head. Don&#8217;t tense or pull your neck. Then raise your knees towards your chest and lift your shoulder blades off the mat. Straighten your right leg to about a 45-degree angle then turn your upper body to the left and bring your right elbow towards the bent left knee. Alternate sides and bring the left elbow towards the right knee. There you have done it. Continue in this cycling motion for between 15 and 25 reps.</p>
<p>II. Kettlebell. This is an exercise for mad Russians, Heart pounding and sweat pouring, Yes, like high rep kettlebell swings and/or snatches (or clean &amp; presses)! These can be done with dumbbells too, but I prefer kettlebells as they have a better &#8220;feel&#8221; to them and the unbalanced nature of the KettleBell makes you work harder.</p>
<p>III. Interval Training. This is MAJOR for burning fat and helping you lose belly fat! Remember that you hate the belly fat more than you hate exercise. Intensity is the key to success with interval training .
