			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> So how do you know what type of stability ball is right for you  <a href="http://www.fitterufitness.com" target="_blank"></a>?  It&#8217;s actually quite simple to find the right one, simply by making your thighs parallel to the floor when you&#8217;re sitting on it  . If you are way down low it is too small, and if your legs are stretched out it is too big.</p>
<p>The reason I am telling you this is because I am going to take you through three astonishing exercises for your core that revolve around the stability ball . Now these are fairly challenging, so if you are a novice you may want to build up to these. If you are more advanced and you want to push your limits then give these exercises a try. You are going to feel an amazing workout in just a few minutes.</p>
<p>The first one, I don&#8217;t even recollect the name, but I do know it&#8217;s effective ! Place yourself in a push-up position with both feet on the ball. One leg will be used to stabilize while the other one is working. Start with your right leg and push it up toward the ceiling. Bring it down and drive it through toward your chest, and then kick it out to the left side, under your supporting leg. Bring it back and thrust it up to the ceiling once again. Bring it back down, through, and out to the side. So up, through, and out to the side. Up through, and out to the side. Up through, and out to the side. Try about 6-8 of those on each side and then move on to the next exercise. </p>
<p> The next workout involves a scissor type motion with the ball resting in between your legs  . Place your hands just beneath your bum to support you as you sit on the floor. Place the ball between your feet and squeeze them together to grip the ball. Raise your legs off the floor. Rotate your legs so that you are spinning the ball. Think of a clock. Start with your legs at 9 and 3, and then spin your legs to 12 and 6, and then 6 and 12, 12 and 6, 6 and 12, 12 and 6. Play with the angle of your legs to the floor. Bring your legs up a little higher, and rotate, and rotate. Do that for about 30 seconds and you are going to feel a nice little burn in the core . </p>
<p>The last exercise is called the pike. I&#8217;m going to go through a couple of variations of it here . Place yourself in a push-up position with your feet on the ball. The key here is that your ankles stay powerful and that your bum does not drop down. Keep your lower back strong and your core tight. We are going to draw the bum up toward the ceiling and bring the ball in. Bum up and down, up and down. Make sure your ankles stay strong and do not move at all as your toes take the brunt of your weight through your shoes on the ball.  Bring one foot off the ball to make it more challenging if you&#8217;d like  . Bring your bum up like before while rolling the ball in and then take one foot off the ball and kick it up toward the ceiling. If you want to make the action even more challenging drive your leg back into your chest after you have kicked it up to the ceiling, then toward the ceiling once more, and to the chest once again, and the ceiling once again before you place it back on the ball and roll back out, finally bringing your bum back down and your body a straight line once again.</p>
<p> So if you&#8217;re looking for that athletic workout and want a stronger core, give these awesome exercises a try  . If you have a stability ball, you&#8217;ve got to use it, right? So there are 3 good and challenging exercises for you to try.</p>

If you&#8217;re wondering why you&#8217;re not seeing me during this introduction it is because our camera exploded, yes it exploded. Luckily the memory card was unharmed, but we only got to shoot the actual workout routine. So there wont be an introduction or ending to this video. No worries though, we are in the process of getting another camera so we can keep making our videos.</p>
<p>So now to the more important part of the video. Its almost summer time and that means shirts are coming off and its time to show off those muscles you&#8217;ve been working on all year. </p>
<p>What? You haven&#8217;t been working out all year? You say you have no time?</p>
<p>No need to worry, all you need is a few minutes a day! In three minutes you can get the flat stomach and the sexy six pack abs you&#8217;ve always wanted as long as you stick with it. Each exercise targets a specific part of your abdominals, so at the end of the 3 minutes you will have effectively worked out your upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and stabilizer muscles.</p>
<p>If the three minutes isn&#8217;t enough for you, just keep repeating the routine without breaks until you are no longer able to do it.</p>
<p>If you have been working out or are starting to, I would suggest putting this three minute abdominal routine at the end of your workouts. Constant strain on your abs will encourage them to be tight and burn that fat.</p>

<p>                                  BODYBUILDING NUTRITION</p>
<p>To gain muscle and lose fat you must;</p>
<p>• Take in slightly less calories than you are burning</p>
<p>• Consume higher quality calories.  Eat more natural unprocessed foods that don&#8217;t come wrapped in a box.  If it rots, it&#8217;s good for you:  Lean (protein with low amount of fat, aka chicken &amp; turkey breasts, lean beef, eggs), Green (vegetable, green beans, salads, apples), &amp; Marine (fish).</p>
<p>• Small meals often.  You must eventually work up to 5-6 small meals per day; about every 3-4 hours</p>
<p>• Macronutrient Profile-  Every meal you eat should contain protein and carbs combined together.  How much?  A starting point would be;  </p>
<p>1. Most women and under 130 lb. men  15-20 grams of protein in each meal<br />
2. 130 lb. &#8212; 165 lb. men                          20-30 grams of protein in each meal<br />
3. 170 lb. and up                                     30-45 grams of protein in each meal</p>
<p>      One of the biggest &#8220;nutrition Secrets&#8221;  in the Bodybuilding  world is a technique called carb cycling.  In a  nut shell you have two different types of carbs.</p>
<p>Starchy carbs—Sources are brown &amp; wild rice, oatmeal, whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes / yams</p>
<p>Non-starchy carbs—Sources are veggies, grean beans, salads, apples, grape-fruit</p>
<p>Cycle your calories by eating only non starchy carbs with your protein on Interval Cardio days and throw in your starchy carbs only on days you train intensely with weights.  This is absolutely t he secret for you to keep your metabolism revved up while you gain muscle and lose fat.</p>
<p>You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting &amp; social support (you will turn into who you hang around) you will not change your body much.  Physique development is about losing fat<br />
(to show the shape of the muscle) as much if not more than building muscle.  It is definitely a combination of the two.</p>
