    did you check with your doctor that 100 was ok with you? because you aren’t overwieght at all, and if you loose nineteen pounds, then you might just be UNDERweight, and that’s not any better. I’d say that if you lose five pounds, you should get rid of the tummy. i have about 70 pounds to go, so don’t think i am hating or nothing. but if you concentrate on building muscle, instead of loosing fat, you’ll look better and you won’t be underweight. but good luck all the same!
