    I swear that having a positive attitude makes getting shape so much easier! You can do Pilates every day, the exercises are all about using your whole body, not just your abs so they won’t hurt you. Use common sense and take a day off for recovery if you feel too sore.

    Yes absolutely! Lay on your back with your hands on your belly and feel what happens when you pull your navel in and up. That is the ‘scoop’ I’m talking about in the video. You might not feel this very strongly as a beginner because your muscles haven’t yet developed enough to feel the action and you might find your stomach wants to stick out instead of scooping in. Keep at it–I find it takes at least 5 sessions to ‘get it’ and then the exercises really start to sculpt your abs!

    You should do this …
    You should do this workout once a day and try your best to pull your belly button in towards your spine when you practice. Do it EVERY DAY for 1 MONTH. There is no easy or faster way to make it work, you have to do it consistently. Measure your waistline 1x a week and write down the results, that will keep you going because you’ll see a change after 1 week! Thanks for writing, good luck!!
