    i got to admit, i am over weight, i do weights, but not sure really what to eat, i want to diet, but salad and stuff is boring, would you recomend aktkins diet at all? it gives protienm, and its good for loosing weight? i am 16, and would really want to look better snd feel better about myself, but just not sure which path to take. thank you

    Wow awesome! Thanks for clarifying that. Although I don’t think that I can actually get myself to keep track of how much calories I’m eating and how much I’m burning (Just too much work!), I get the concept and will def try it out! Thanks Steve.

    Hey, I’m 15 and I’m not fat but I would say Ive got about 10 pounds of body fat to lose to be lean and look muscular. I go the the gym everyday, start out with 20-30 minutes of cardio then depending on the day to legs, chest, arms, back, and shoulders. Not to mention on fridays I have basketball practice and games on the weekend. Im wondering how many calories a day should i consume while already subtracting the 300-500, should i continue what im doing, and how many calories a day should i eat?
