@QuickXilver crunches are fairly ineffective at getting rid of fat try HIIT (high intensity interval training) for burning muscle. you cant target areas to burn fat in. the only reason to do crunches is to increase the amount of muscle in that area.

Nothing new about these exercises and hes also wrong, you CANT spot burn fat, its impossible, you can make 100.000 crunches and your fat procent will still be the same, but your muscles will get bigger and you will not need as low a fat procent to see your six pack.
