More Muscles…Less Fat – The Boot Camp Way!

If you think that women shouldn’t lift heavy weights for fear of bulking up, then you need to think again. Women don’t have the same amounts of testosterone as men, so they simply will not resemble the incredible hulk after lifting weights. The genetics are completely different here so don’t listen to people who tell you otherwise. When you use resistence in your workouts such as by training with weights, you will increase caloric expenditure, boost your metabolism, and reshape your muscles by getting rid of that fat. One major point is that you need to be lifting a weight that is heavy or challenging enough if you actually want to see any changes, and remember that muscle does weight more than fat, it just takes up less space than fat.

Of course icing on the cake is when you can see your muscles becoming more defined. If given a choice between looking toned, fit, and healthy, or over weight, flabby, and unhealthy, most women would probably choose the first example.

Unfortunately, there are no quick fixes in losing weight but if you incorporate a positive attitude, a proper nutrition plan, and use strength training when you workout then you will be on your way to reaching your fitness and weight loss goals in no time flat.
