There’s sure a lot of hype out there about whether or not P90X works or not.By works, i mean helps people get into great shape.
As far as I can tell, the answer is both yes and no.I myself bought the P90X DVD’s about 6 months back and started using them right away.I had a hard time keeping up at first and I let it discourage me. I made excuses that I’d wait until my knee felt better or until I wasn’t quite as sore.I decided to wait. Days turned to weeks, weeks turned to months and the next thing I knew, several months had passed by.I can’t blame that on P90X, the responsibility for that choice was mine and mine alone.
Once I decided that if I didn’t do something soon, i was going to really regret it, I hopped back on the horse and focused entirely on being successful with my workouts.
I’ve been using the P90X workouts now for the last 2 months and I can say with a resounding yes, P90X works for me. In all honesty it’ll work for anybody that follows the program. But, you do have to follow the program.
This is where the problem lies.Lots of people are interested in buying into opportunities, but in reality not all of them follow through and do all the work to make that opportunity a reality. P90X is a great opportunity!
The sad truth is that fewer than 20% of the people out there that buy the opportunity are willing to actually do what’s necessary to take advantage of it.So, let’s ask the question….Which group do you fall into, the 80% or the 20% group.What kinds of sacrifice are you willing to make to reach the fitness goals you’ve set for yourself?
Only you can answer that question. Are you a talker, or a doer?If you can dedicate yourself to staying with the program no matter what, then P90X will obvioulsy work for you.
