    I’m 35 and my back …
    I’m 35 and my back has been pretty bad for a while. I’m in relatively good shape, but my core is a mess, mainly because I have never been able to find an ab workout that I can consistently do that won’t hurt, even on “bad” days.

    This is the one I’ve been looking for. It’s quick, never aggrevates my condition, and it’s tough. I can’t get through all the exercises without stopping. So, annoying music aside, I’m really enjoying it and trying to do it every day.
