I want a flat tummy and be toned all over. How do I do this?

I’m 5’4 and a half tall and weigh 140 pounds. I want to have a flat tummy (I have a gut that I want to lose) and I want to tighten and tone my body all over.

What exercising/dieting ideas and plans should I try out to achieve this goal? Thanks!

Run for 30 minutes a day – and cut out white flour, pasta and bread from your diet. I promise you will lose a lot of weight. Acai berries actually make you gain weight.
