    I found an awesome rail-to-trail path through some wilderness and I ride a bike on that every chance I get, just for pure joy. I also went vegan at about the same time (I was vegetarian before, but I used to eat a lot of dairy). It’s actually a little frightening how fast pounds are disappearing just from that. All my pants are too loose now. Looking forward to your sit-up routine!
