How long will it take for me to get a flat stomach?

Okay, so I have been doing 500 sit ups a day and eating healthy (breakfast, lunch, supper- no snacking) for the last week. Its going great. I am feeling a lot better and more energetic! I only have like a few rolls of fat on my stomach. I was wondering if I continue with working out and eating healthy, how long it will take approximately to get a flat stomach?

That question is impossible to answer,it depends on many factors that can’t be determined with the information given,however you seem to not have a lot of weight to get rid of,so ~6 months max would be my guess.

However i recommend instead of just doing sit ups you also run a mile or two a day,sit ups aren’t very helpful for calorie burning.

    you need to do more than just sit ups
    target toning doesn’t work
    and sit ups don’t burn a ton of calories, so you need to change it up and do some cardio as well.

    well you need cardio too to get your metabolism up i know thats not what people like to hear cause they think awww runnin or sweaty so find somethin thats fun i chose riding bike. other people may choose skating just aslong as you get your heart rate up for atleast 30 minutes your metabolism with soar sky high. and it should take about 3 months tops and eat 6 meals aday ur doin alot of work so your goin to need the calories

    To get a flat stomach fast you need to use your two feet more. Go for regular walking or jogging for enough duration. Moreover, to get flat stomach your body needs to be leaner. So, do cardio excercises, which will get your heart beat rate high and it will improve your metabolism. This will make you lean.
