    In order to loose weight, you must go on some sort of a deficit diet or workout to the point where the energy burned is greater than the food taken in. To answer your question, “what sort of training should you do without straining/hurting yourself?”, I would say any exercise is good as long as you work more than you take in as far as your diet is concerned.

    all you people are saying the usual “eat less and train more” mantra, but not many people know how to follow it properly. when you eat less, you end up craving for food and then secretly stuff yourself. and what sort of training should you do without straining/hurting yourself.

    The only reason why eating 6 meals a day will spike up your metabolism is because you spend calories in digesting these foods. Protein shakes do not need to be digested, and hence the extra protein shakes will not spike up your metabolism.

    its not the best tasting stuff but ive been mixing a scoop with a yogurt every day…it actually works
    over three days ive lost a pound already and thats been with me binging alot every night…it work REALLY well i always lose alot more weight when i add a little whey to my food
