I did abs exercises …
I did abs exercises for the first time this week, and I felt the pain in my abs from doing them that I couldn’t do them again until the pain subsided. Its not bad pain either, it was actually good pain, but not the kind of pain that required medical attention. It told me that I actually worked some abs muscles and they were getting used to the fact that I am now exercising them.
