    okay, i weigh 105… i have a 5 month old little boy, i get on my elliptical for 30 min utes a day, and im a professional gogo dancer, buti took time off for my son, and im getting back into it… my question is that my only problem is my lower abs, and my hip area, im not fat obviously, but how do i get rid of the little jiggle, and what can i do to get the best results… NO JIGGLE ANYWHERE, EXCEPT MY BOOBS, AND BUTT!!????

    Hi, it’s never too late to start and the benefits of exercise are enormous for mind and body. I would recommend you do both cardio and toning exercises. Try to proportion you exercise time with 2/3 cardio and 1/3 toning which includes ab work, targeted leg work and arm strengthening.

    Hi, yes it does. You have to do them until your abs feel fatigued. Be sure use good form because that makes all the difference.

    Hi, getting a flat stomach takes a lot of work and commitment with diet and exercise. You are doing great so far, but you have to be patient. One week is too soon for you expect a lot. It takes time. Be sure to spend at least 10-12 minutes every other day on your abs using various routines so you can target all muscles and I promise you, you will see results. If you have weight to lose, you must do that along with your ab workouts and be sure to get enough cardio to burn calories.

    Thanks for the lower ab tips. Stomach is my least favorite workout so I’m always trying new things. BTW you dress conservative in you’re videos and thats not a bad thing but I can’t help mentioning that you’re smoking hot!!!

    Focus on staying …
    Focus on staying tighter to your body when you come toward your chest. That may help. You’re always more inclined to feel the upper abs working even when the lower abs are working because the upper abs feel fatigue faster.
