Simple answer to that is running. Doesn’t matter how fat or large you are, if you run hard enough for a certain amount of time you will cut down your fat amount. You don’t even have to be and expert olympic runner. Just run about 15 minutes a day and you will see results easily. Then you can start this because you will have and easier shape for it

That depends on the …
That depends on the amount of fat, i have a very low amount of fat and, being ecto-mesomorph, a fast metabolism (i burn fat fast) and so far it’s taken 2 months, i can see difinition on my abs but i still have work to do. It takes time, and depends on whether you just want the fat gone or you want abs aswell. It also depends on your body type. Some people naturally carry more fat and burn it slower they are called endomorphs.

a very afective workout i found out was soo simple lol , get into the crunch position head and back flack of the floor and legs in the form of the triangle , feet flat , now lift you head and back slightly off the ground with your arm touch the big orund bone that sticks out of the outside of you foot , keeping feet flat if you do this properly u will get up and ur ab muscles are really hurting , do around 20 times on each foot.
