How do I get that really flat stomach?

Well Im small and everything but I still have like al ower pudge. It will not go away, And also there is like a line. My mom says its from when I sit down and my jeans make a mark, but i dont know. I really want a flat stomach. Like my aunt has one, But her hips are kinda wide. Does that have anything to do with it?
Any helpp?

    try doing like crunches and sit-ups

    watch what you eat…never eat untill your"full"! all portions of food sould be the size of your palm! if you have cravings use special k drinks they are good! and do some crunches every now and then im sur eyou will get that dlat stomach that you have always wanted

    I struggled with that for a while i also had two kids i have gotten rid of it now but it was not instant. U could start by doing an internal cleanse to make your pooch smaller they say we cary 10-15 pounds of waste in our intestines kinda sick but u could imagine getting rid of that would flatten your belly quite a bit, u could try Dr. Naturas, U can find it online. Also cardio helps flatten your belly Allot! I used to just do crunches and sit ups it felt like all day long and nothing helped until i got into kickboxing which is great cardio or u could run or do step class whatever sounds fun. Oh and eating right. This also sounds kinda cheesy but the old school abs of steel videos which u can also find online gave me a 6 pac which is very hard for a girl but it did and it only took about 6 weeks I hope that helped and GOOD LUCK!
